- GRGloria RileyMay 2, 20211.0Keep charging the recipient of the package and this is the second time. I paid for postage for a shipment and the post office is adding more charges. Is this a type of scam at this post office? Waiting to speak to the manager and postal attorney general.
- JMJanie MorenoJul 28, 20201.02 minutes ago-Edit Delivers mail everywhere except the correct address- Then when you call they deny wrong doing- packages delivered sames day Currier sates left on porch on one package and left in mailbox on 2nd package ... mailbox package was never received. I called down to the office and they have the Currier call me and she argues that she gave me the packages... when i ask " why did you log that you left it in the mailbox?" Well, she calls me back only to admit she left my package at someones house down the road- If this was a single incident i wouldn't be so concerned... but this happens often... very often. Poor Amazon should make a claim against the Screven Post Office- They are constantly paying claims for non delivery of items.. Is she really delivering to other properties in error or is she taking the items home??? No one should be allowed to make repeated mistakes of this magnitude without answering to someone ... if there needs to be a official complaint made so the entire department has some answering to do...eventually the cost of replacing these items will fall back on the consumers (you and I)... unacceptable management in my opinion
