Not only was he professional and efficient, but he was also incredibly kind. He even helped me carry my package, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who provides service with such a positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. Calvian made the whole return process smooth and stress-free. Management really needs to recognize employees like Calvian who represent the company so well.

I repeated myself several times, explained the items on the form, and then she blamed me for not telling her there was a back side to the page. She didn't ask, and it's not my job to do for job. This process was unnecessarily stressful, time consuming, and I will never return.

One time I showed up at the door with my hands full and one of the guys saw me coming and came over to open the door for me! I do agree with others that they need better signage. The first time I went I, too, thought they were no longer there and almost left before getting out and exploring storefronts more closely.

If you’re checking these reviews trying to figure out where it is after spending 15 minutes trying to find it, checking Google to see if it’s closed and looking for reviews to see if anyone else has found it, it’s at the pharmacy. Actual useful signage would raise my review by a lot, but my wasted time and frustration levels lowered it this time.
