They told me I was unable to get my passport process because it was past my appointment time wasn’t even 10 minutes late. It’s not busy in here and they still didn’t accept my appointment.

Employees are friendly, but with one employee at the counter and a typical 5-10 person line I tend to spend 45 minutes each time I come here, which is plain unacceptable to drop packages with labels already on them.
