  They just need to close this whole company. Delivery drivers literally refuse to deliver packages because they are Amazon boxes. If USPS does business with Amazon then you have to deliver them! Tracking of packages is horrible. They scan them as delivered and they are NOT! Extremely difficult to get anyone in management to call back and resolve and issues 😕

  Update: Although we have issues receiving our mail, the people at the counter are always kind and helpful! Our mail has been held and marked as undeliverable for the past year after our mail carrier pepper sprayed our very old, gray golden retriever. He is so sweet, wanted to say hi, was wagging his tail and moving slow on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Since the incident we haven’t received mail despite talking to several people in charge. Wish things were different.

  They NEVER answer the phone. And I can’t tell you how many times I saw that my package is out for delivery by this office, then it comes back to their office, and it will sit there forever with no updates on the status! Regular parcel that has to be just tucked into the mailbox. So you go there yourself, explain the situation, they will spend 30 minutes to find it, and to throw it on the counter for you with no apologies.

  I try to avoid this post office I would rather drive past this location than stop in because it’s convenient. I have visited this location maybe three times at different times and the customer service has always been horrible! The clerks talk at you and they are definitely not helpful. It would be helpful if the management would get this staff some customer service training asap!

  Taller older black lady with glasses and braids (not sure of her name) does NOT know what she is doing. Everytime I come in to ship my packages, there's always a problem. She scans the shipping QR code more than once and it ends up messing up. Today when i went in to ship a package, she kept telling me the QR code wouldn't go through and refused to let me speak to someone who knows what they're doing. I've never had problems with anyone else scanning my package QR codes. I knew nothing was wrong with the QR code, i went to the usps on Eisenhower and they scanned it with no problems.... If I see her working the counter I will happily turn around and walk out.
