- DDDanaFeb 25, 20261.0Taller older black lady with glasses and braids (not sure of her name) does NOT know what she is doing. Everytime I come in to ship my packages, there's always a problem. She scans the shipping QR code more than once and it ends up messing up. Today when i went in to ship a package, she kept telling me the QR code wouldn't go through and refused to let me speak to someone who knows what they're doing. I've never had problems with anyone else scanning my package QR codes. I knew nothing was wrong with the QR code, i went to the usps on Eisenhower and they scanned it with no problems.... If I see her working the counter I will happily turn around and walk out.

Tuve que hablar con el manager para que me ayudara porque ella me ignoró y me trató sin ningún respeto y educación. Está gente no debería trabajar ahí.

I don’t know if it’s because it’s a government job they feel like they’re untouchable, but EVERY time I’ve been here they have been absolutely horrible to me. Avoid this branch at all costs. Try to go to another one in Savannah if you can. They won’t help you here or even try.
