- KSKaty StuckeyAug 22, 20251.0A reminder that the publicly funded mail system is currently at risk, and bad customer service here only makes its downfall more likely. I actively choose to support USPS because public services like this benefit folks who may not have the privilege of choice. I wish that the employees here understood this, rather than behaving rudely and hastening the privatization of mail services. It’s in everyone’s best interest to make this location kinder, more friendly, and more helpful.

She was frustrated with me because I didn't know we were supposed to package it ourselves but she could have said it nicely. I was really intimidated and she even said out loud "God I can't do this today" and gave a very dramatic loud sigh and stormed away rudely. After I packaged my item nobody came to the front for a while , they were talking in the back. Chaun was the only one who actually helped me. But I had such a bad experience. Terrible customer service. No greetings. Rude and attitude. Not worth coming here.
