- KYKyle YorkDec 19, 20181.0My latest experience with the worst customer service USPS in the Savannah area was arriving at 3:45pm, 15minites prior to closing to a line of individuals locked out of the front entrance with customers inside (who knows how long they had been waiting). Lady finally comes outside saying “stop knocking on the door before I call the police” Refused to give a reason as to why she locked the doors and covered her name tag with her hand. Let me close out this wonderful expierence by capping it with getting the door shut on my face again when we asked for her supervisors number. Embrassing excuse for a government employee on a military base. USPS should be ashamed of themselves.
