- KBKimberly BarrettJul 19, 20221.0If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff at this post office are so unorganized and clueless. My package was at this post office and when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it and the tracking number they had didn't work. After I checked with the company my package was from, I found out that the post office gave my package to the wrong person. Apparently you don't have to check the name on the package or have the orange slip before you just give away someone's things. Another package I had was "not ready yet" despite the fact that I showed up on the date that was written on the slip to pick it up. The next day it was miraculously there. I had another experience where the mail carrier used a final notice slip instead of a "sorry we missed you" slip and so I was told at the post office that my package was sent back. Tried again the next day and surprise surprise it was there.

- IZIsabel ZepedaAug 29, 20173.0It is hard to find from the road as it is at an angle in between the Kroger and the plaza. Also, the parking is terrible since it's shared with the other businesses. So if you're planning to drop off big packages or a big quantity be prepared with bags or a cart. I had to park pretty far from the entrance. It was a bit hilarious to see a woman who had just parked next to me as I was leaving with the most displeased expression on her face as she struggled with a big box in her hands. Other than that, the postal worker were nice and quick.
