- JCJoe CollasMay 18, 20251.0On the operations side of things I’m so sick and tired of packages being late or “unable to deliver.” Just got a message my package failed to deliver to Port Wentworth. I live on the opposite side of town. Makes me want to switch to UPS or FedEx
- HHHeather HAug 5, 20241.0This post office is terrible. I have seen the employees arguing with people on several occasions and today I experienced it. Ceaser is so disrespectful and rude. I attempted to sit my package on the scale and he literally pushed it back while it was still in my hands. I explained to him that wasn’t necessary and he could have simply said please don’t place the package on the scale until I am logged in. Then he wanted to argue with me. You are working with the public. Try to be a decent and nice person. I will gladly go down to UPS and pay more money than to have to deal with that nonsense At least they were nice and kind and didn’t act like they hated the world. 😡
