- DBDana BarnesFeb 1, 20262.0I’ve been to this location to drop off Amazon purchases on many occasions. Today, I was the only person in the store, and the woman working would not take my items. She said that I had to use an Amazon self-service scanner. She took me to it and was rude and condescending during the process. Took much longer than necessary when she could have handled my returns like everyone else in the store has done. I was not even aware that there was an Amazon scanner because every other employee there has been helpful, efficient and kind.

During the week there's a very helpful older couple who are great at their job. Unfortunately for me, today they weren't there and it was very negative vibe from the weekend woman. I'll make a point of only coming during the week.
- JGJared GrahamDec 18, 20253.0They are nice enough - however the website states that last pickup is at 5pm, but the truck regularly departs well prior to that. Arrive prior to 4:30pm if one needs to ensure that a package goes out that day.
