I was offered to have it rescanned, only after i saw and pointed out the error. The staff member even said that they saw it when it had printed. (So, they had apparently chosen not to fix it?) That was even more disappointing to know it could have been resolved prior to my arrival with a rescan and reprint. Unfortunately i did need the copy that evening, so i had to take it as is, and I still paid full price for it. :(
