I went up there on Saturday and loaded all of my returns in a basket after they told me that the Amazon kiosk was working. When I got back in the store I was informed that the Amazon kiosk wasn't not working. So I had to take my nine returns back and load them back in the car. Then we move on to Tuesday can I call the store and ask if Amazon return kiosk was working. I was told that it was working so I loaded my nine return back up in my wagon and took it into the store stood in line for 20 minutes. Only to be told that the kiosk had gone down again. I order Amazon because I'm a chronic pain patient and I cannot lift things. Now I have to cancel all of my returns then redo all of those returns and choose UPS as a return location. The Staples location on Abercorn Street is run by unprofessional management Personnel I have ever met. If I can get through to them but I can't get through to them either so it's around and around Merry-Go-Round Circle That Never Ends
