Called in inquiring about a package and mid me speaking, the phone was hung up and that’s not kind attitude to give someone who’s only inquiring. I was told my package wasn’t there which was not the issue whatsoever. It’s totally fine if that takes time, but felt it was inappropriate to be rude to a customer for no reason so customer service could use some help but besides that the location is fine.
