    Elder woman with nasty attitude, works the shipping and customer service counter. Called in inquiring about a package and mid me speaking, the phone was hung up and that’s not kind attitude to give someone who’s only inquiring. I was told my package wasn’t there which was not the issue whatsoever. It’s totally fine if that takes time, but felt it was inappropriate to be rude to a customer for no reason so customer service could use some help but besides that the location is fine.

    I got my business cards made and on the preview it showed my business name showing and when I picked them up they were no business name and they didn’t let me see them so I had to pay

    I know everyone is not going to always have a good day, and Mr. Gene was not having one today. Went in to return a few items after work, his entire demeanor was sour. Face balled up. Im not sure who stole his joy, but I hope they give it back. He needs a hug or something. I hope the rest of his work day is better than what I experienced a few minutes ago.
