Rushed out the door doing nothing that was contracted actually worse ruining my order. These people are costing vendors and people money through laziness and incompetence and even more so a lack of care. Taking up with BBB.

My washer and dryer was supposed to be delivered on Oct 7th which got rescheduled to Oct 24th then it got rescheduled again for Oct 10 and showed delivery window but got rescheduled again and when I try to reach out to customer service with 0 people in queue no one responded. So I ended up calling on the number from which they called me to get to reschedule my delivery and guy was like tuck broke down so he couldn’t deliver today. So I asked him will it be delivered on new date or it will get rescheduled again and he just couldn’t answer me straight. That not how you run business if XPO can’t handle it they shouldn’t take more deliveries. I urge Samsung and other companies to use alternate methods for delivering and I recommend everyone to check with the company before placing orders and if it’s XPO think again.

I ordered my washing machine from Samsung on Feb 18th to be delivered on March 25th.. the morning of the 24th I get a confirmation email for the 25th... later in the day I get an automated phone call saying April 1st... they were down a truck when i called, then later in the day April 2nd.. On April 1st I get a text that delivery had been scheduled for April 6th. I called again and no one can seem to get in touch with this shotty company.
