  Where do I start! My first day moving to savanna we looked up people ready followed all instructions to get started on the app and was instructed to come into the local branch. Once arrived Ms Marshall and an assistant were the only two in the office leaving Ms Marshall to do tha majority because she was more skilled. She wasn’t able to help us at that moment but she called me shortly after I left and offered more help if we had come back. About a hour later once we did come back ms Marshall had been gone and there was a lady named Melissa in the office! Her attitude was terrible she can’t multitask and her assisting people skills were very minimal. After every question there was a smart remark or a short answer of how she can’t do nothing without help. A week had gone by and there was no activity on my app so I drive all the way back to Savanna about 30 minutes for her to say o there are no jobs on the app then said I’myhnot gonna argue with u and went in her office. After leaving the office upset the secretary in the front called us back to say she looked at the file and the survey had not been completed is the reason the jobs aren’t showing. So After getting up to ask her for some assistance mellissa closed the door in my face once she seen me approaching. Very rude and unprofessional! To add I finally got a shift and hadn’t been paid within the 24 hour period and I called the branch to see what was going on and she said oh I’ll call the site and confirm your hours never called back a hour had gone and still no call so I called back to the office about 5 times and she stopped answering the phone. All for another person never spoken to to call me back and say she was willing to help… be mindful of the branch and location your going to because this lady is rude and doesn’t really care to help people. Mellissa gave the wrong paperwork and didn’t care to acknowledge the issue and fix it. I know people have bad days but you take on a profession because that’s what you chose to do so you should show u want to be in a customer service position or stay home. She needs to b replaced immediately

  Valdosta people ready branch they act nice when they want you too work but when you call about your pay after 48hours they have an attitude. They need to train there people on professionalism and to have considerations for people that make them employed. I have a big following on social platforms so I will be posting about my experience with Valdosta branch
