    Josh at DHL was absolutely amazing. He helped me a lot and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to clearly explain everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the whole process. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge made a big difference and saved me a lot of time and confusion. Customer service like this is rare these days. Huge thanks to Josh for going above and beyond — DHL is lucky to have him.
