- ABAmy BellOct 3, 20201.0In 26 years of having a post office box in St. George, we have never had the problems that we have had in the last year or more. Our mail is returned to sender and the postmaster is rude. You cannot ask a simple question without being treated like an inconvenience. You are reprimanded for not picking up packages within a certain timeframe of delivery or the post office closing for the day. Until recently, we always had prompt, exceptional and friendly customer service from the former Postmasters. This has sadly changed. We have called the Folkston office to complain to no avail.

She gives the impression that we are inconveniencing her by showing up. This past Saturday, when asked what time they close on Saturdays, she didn't even know the answer!
