- JSJanet SchmidtJan 28, 20261.0(Rutledge, GA location)Needed to ship something to meet a deadline; post office was closed. Wasn't a holiday, wasn't lunch time, was during business hours; it was locked, lights off, no employees there, no sort of sign on the door. Also, their mail trucks leave out at 7:30 a.m. The post office doesn't open until 8 a.m. Therefore, no matter what time of day you mail something, it will not go out until the next business day.

Came into the post office 8 minutes before it was suppose to close and they had it closed. I knocked on the door and they came and gave me a lecture about how "i could have just come back tomorrow" Alicia and Malcom were amazing and this place has truly gone downhill since they both left.
