One time in the past I walked in in need of a specific form and the clerk/ attendant was yelling at people that they were out of the forms and you had to go to another Branch to get it. Not in a nice way not to calm way but in a super aggressive way. I just go there today to self-serve mail something and of course the system is down because this Branch sucks
- CAChristina AbernathyFeb 12, 20261.0Terrible. Made one attempt to deliver a package to a business on a sunday then decided to mark the package hold at post office per customer request. We had paid extra for expedited shipping. It was held for 4 days before we round out. Had to go pick it up ourselves and got it super late. I can only assume the postal worker was just too lazy to deliver it again. This is why ups and FedEx and amazon will take over.
