We had paid extra for expedited shipping. It was held for 4 days before we round out. Had to go pick it up ourselves and got it super late. I can only assume the postal worker was just too lazy to deliver it again. This is why ups and FedEx and amazon will take over.

The First Lady at the desk got mad at my question because I didn’t understand what was wrong. Rather than trying to explain it in a better way she stormed off to the back and didn’t return. The left lady at the window was really kind and helpful. She clearly cares about her job opposed to the First Lady. Your service quality depends on who’s working there. You may get a bratty employee who hides in the back when confronted with a confused customer or you may get a nice manner employee who can explain things in a calming manner.

I had all my holiday shopping redirected to my PO Box because of problems at the apartment complex where I have the unfortunate pleasure of living. Imagine my surprise to find that two packages from Bloomingdale's have been "reallocate." Hope you enjoy the Olaplex that you didn't pay for and hopefully the reshipment reaches me.
