  Jayden at the Holcomb Bridge location in Roswell, GA I just have to take a moment to brag on Jayden and the exceptional service he provided. I came in with 23 returns and was struggling to locate all of my QR codes, yet Jayden handled everything with absolute ease. Even with other customers coming in, he multitasked effortlessly, kept everyone moving at a reasonable pace, and made sure no one including me was waiting unnecessarily. His professionalism, patience, and customer service were truly above and beyond. Jayden worked like a magician efficient, organized, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who can manage a stressful situation so smoothly while still giving every customer top-tier service. He was simply outstanding at his job, and I had to make sure he got the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Jayden, for making what could have been a frustrating trip feel completely stress-free!

  The clerk needs to work on his people skills and be more respectful instead of asking questions twice, and then asking did you hear me but the owner was respectful and professional.

  Shipped a care package for a friend who had a recurrence of cancer. Package shipped August 16t, 2025 and was supposed to be delivered the following Friday. Two weeks later I check with the store and was informed the package was damaged in transit and was being shipped back to me. Received the package and discovered a few items were missing. I took it back to the store to have them file a claim on the 23rd of August. The owner than asks a week later if I had a receipt and after telling him the value of the contents he puts that in the report. I have checked several times periodically with the owner only to be told there's no status change. Called back OCTOBER 20 and was informed theat UPS need pictures which I provided. It's now the 8th of November and there's been no resolution to the issue and I'm out the shipping fee and the contents of the package. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!

  Provided 2 packages for return, one package was delivered the other was lost. Store employee told me to call UPS to file a claim. Because it was a return and since I did not generate the shipping label, I was unable to file a claim. Made multiple attempts to speak with store owner (provided name and number to store employee on more than one occasion and sent email) to gain clarification on the lost package but never got a reply.
