    I've had several issues at this store but this week I needed to drop off some ATT equipment for a return. The instructions are to take the products to UPS store, they scan the equipment and the return is processed. I could tell this guy didn't want to help. He asked for my name, then sort of acted like he was typing then stated you need to call ATT there is an issue. I sort of challenged him to scan the equipment with his bar case reader and he simply wouldn't do it. I got the feeling he was just being difficult so I went to another UPS stoer down the road, where I had zero issues and the return was handled with 100% professionalism. This store is a joke.

    I went to UPS to pick up a package and was met by employee Upa. Upon entering I informed him I was there to see if my package had been delivered. He immediately claimed they did not have my package without asking my name or for a tracking number. He was incredibly rude and seemed like he could care less. I already had problems with UPS not being able to deliver my package and he did not help. Please ask your employees to at least ask information before immediately declining a customer.

    I had a very frustrating experience trying to receive and pick up a high-value Apple delivery through this UPS location. The initial delivery was marked as ‘attempted’ despite multiple employees being present on site with doors open at the time. No effort was made to knock, ask nearby staff, or verify whether someone could receive the package. After coordinating directly with UPS customer service and being told the package would be available for pickup at this location, I arrived shortly before closing. The staff immediately told me they ‘didn’t have it’ without asking for my name or tracking number and were dismissive and unwilling to help or even check. The interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication, effort, and basic customer service—especially for an expensive, signature-required item—was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location if you care about clear communication or respectful treatment.
