  I went to UPS to pick up a package and was met by employee Upa. Upon entering I informed him I was there to see if my package had been delivered. He immediately claimed they did not have my package without asking my name or for a tracking number. He was incredibly rude and seemed like he could care less. I already had problems with UPS not being able to deliver my package and he did not help. Please ask your employees to at least ask information before immediately declining a customer.

  I had a very frustrating experience trying to receive and pick up a high-value Apple delivery through this UPS location. The initial delivery was marked as ‘attempted’ despite multiple employees being present on site with doors open at the time. No effort was made to knock, ask nearby staff, or verify whether someone could receive the package. After coordinating directly with UPS customer service and being told the package would be available for pickup at this location, I arrived shortly before closing. The staff immediately told me they ‘didn’t have it’ without asking for my name or tracking number and were dismissive and unwilling to help or even check. The interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication, effort, and basic customer service—especially for an expensive, signature-required item—was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location if you care about clear communication or respectful treatment.

  It’s either the owner or manager of this store, and he’s always so rude. If you can find a different UPS store, I definitely would.

  Extremely rude customer service. I understand it is a busy time of the year but that is why one employs seasonal employees. One can be busy with out being rude and taking it out on costumers. Go to another UPS store or use FED EX

  Went in to get a item notarized, owner had no idea what he was doing, said at first he could not do that and then said never mind he could once I said this was completed before. Notarized the item and signed it, even provided a phone number for them to call. I just received a notice that when they called to verify that they in fact notarized it he said he did not recall doing this at all. Did not have me sign a log in his store to confirm even though this was asked of him. Complete waste of money. Not professional and will never suggest ANYONE use ups for something to be notarized as most of them state they have no idea how to do it. Should shut down the service if you do not know how to properly do it.
