  Clean and friendly store, employees are very nice and explained why usps shipments can take a while to scan in lol. I appreciate the clarification, definitely recommend

  This UPS store is the closest to me, but I would go out of my way to use it. The staff is always very helpful. They have been around (it is family-owned) since the shopping center was nearly abandoned, until now, when it is full. I believe part of their survival is due to their friendliness and helpfulness.

  Today, Sunday, August 27, 2023, between 1:15 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. eastern standard time, I visited the UPS Store at 4651 Woodstock Road, Suite 208, Roswell, Georgia 30075. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the level of service, professionalism, and treatment received at this location. I needed to ship an 8" x 8" x 48" package to the Midwest United States. The invasiveness of information gathering for a walk-in non-commercial account transaction, to me, was unnecessary and impractical. The clerk asked me the value of the item. I said $125.00. She told me to ship my package UPS ground for the recipient to receive in three business days would be $60.00! When questioned, she said "it's because it's a big package!" I said for this to be a UPS Ground and, not Next Day Air parcel, that rate is excessive. And they knew it! It's almost as if she took the insurable value of my package, divided it by two, and that was the assessed rate for my parcel. I walked out of the store and wished Vaani, the pusillanimous and Meely-mouthed clerk, a nice day! Subsequent to that visit, I traveled over to the FedEx Print and Ship location at 1100 Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta, Ga. Here, the assistant manager named LaShaun greeted me with a pleasant smile. I explained to her the transaction/service needed. She weighed and measured the same box. The fee to send the same dimensioned parcel, to the same Midwest United States location, and the same three business day delivery period was $26.43! Therefore, the UPS Store's fee was literally double the fee of the FedEx Print and Ship store. I paid the fee, shipped my product, and drove home a happy, satisfied customer. In sum, I would NOT recommend the citizens in this community patronize this UPS location because, as explained early, THEIR PRICE POINTS ARE EXCESSIVE and DOUBLE the competition.

  These folks always exceed my expectations. Friendly, top notch service, always with a smile and a positive attitude. Definitely a place I will return to time and time again for mailing, printing, lamination, etc!!
