  I visited this UPS Store today for the first time, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The environment was not inviting or welcoming, and none of the associates greeted me when I entered (which I don’t expect, but it set the tone). I was assisted by an associate named Gabe C, who was rude, condescending, and had a clear attitude from the start. He argued with me, was not friendly, and made the interaction uncomfortable. I have used multiple UPS Store locations before and have never had issues with printing services, but this location was very different. I clearly explained that I needed multiple color copies and specifically stated I needed 8 copies. Despite giving clear instructions, only 3 copies were printed. When I politely pointed out the mistake, Gabe responded with a snarky comment saying, “You should have told me before,” and rolled his eyes. This was unnecessary and extremely unprofessional, especially since I had already explained my request clearly. There was no apology, no effort to fix the issue, and no respect shown. It felt very obvious that he did not want to help me. If an associate does not know how to properly use the equipment, they should ask another team member for help rather than arguing with a customer and messing up the order. Because of the poor service, I chose to cash out and leave. I went across the street to FedEx, where the associates were friendly, helpful, and completed my printing correctly without any issues. This is a printing store — getting printing orders right is the bare minimum. Associates need proper training, and customer service needs serious improvement. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Gabe C should not be working with the public without corrective action. Do better.
