I arrived during business hours and could clearly see the employee inside, yet they refused to open the door or acknowledge customers. On top of that, interactions here are consistently rude and dismissive. This location gives the entire brand a bad name. Highly recommend taking your business to a different UPS Store location.

Ive come here quite a few times but tend to avoid because of the employees behavior, specifically this gentleman’s who looks like he can’t be bothered with anything. Just avoid coming here, I hate feeling like a pest.
