    I recently had 2 documents, 3 pages total printed black/white at this location. The prints were $0.72, and they charged me a $4.29 "service fee". I've been going to Johnson Ferry location for years and they have never charged me this. Will not be visting this branch again.

    This is the best UPS store. I do a lot of returns and I go out of my way to go to this one. The guy who works there is wonderful. He is courteous and efficient.

    I rarely have issues at other UPS locations. I go fairly often, and am always prepared for a quick transaction when I get to the register. It’s not often that I come to this location but at times it seemed convenient due to my route. Today I have finally learned to just stop coming here because more often than not they find a reason to tell me “no”, causing me to go to another location to complete the transaction that this location says they can not do (not convenient at all). The staff is as nice as the other locations—that’s not my problem. My problem is this location follows rules other locations do not—at least according to them on more than a handful of occasions. I will not waste my time stopping at this location again only to have to go to another UPS to complete my transaction.
