  I live in California and needed my ex-husband's (an artist who lived in a senior living facility in Roswell and passed away) paintings and drawings sent to me. I couldn't get there to do it because of time and finances. Kinnari went went beyond expectations, picking them up, packing and shipping them. She is amazing!

  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff is friendly, helpful, and consistently reliable. The gentleman who usually assists me is always smiling and makes every visit feel easy and pleasant. My packages always get where they need to go quickly and safely, and I never have to worry about anything getting lost or delayed. It’s rare to find such consistent, positive customer service these days, and I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend this location!

  Needed stamps for added postage on some letters I needed to mail. Older Indian man steps up to help but needed help using the weight machine. He copped an attitude right away. He proceeded to charge me 85 cents for each first class stamp I needed!! I said since when did a stamp go up that much? He says abruptly, "since we have to keep the lights on". He was very rude. I won't go back there.
