This post office and workers accused me and my daughter of taking a package that didn't belong to me that they said they delivered it to my mail box by mistake I told the first lady that came to my house I didn't get a package delivered Tuesday like she said it was delivered Wednesday but it was my package with my name on it she wanted me to get the package and show it to her then they sent another woman out that straight up accused my daughter of taking it and threatening her which I am thinking about pressing charges for harassment all because someone screw up up and didn't do their job correctly they threaten to come back today with someone and search my house I really hope they do that..because everything is being recorded.

This post office is absolutely pathetic. They do nothing about complaints—NOTHING. You can call, file reports, even give them proof on video, and they’ll smile, nod, and then keep right on wrecking your mail. They’ve turned “screwing up deliveries” into an art form. Packages folded in half, shoved into boxes they don’t fit in, important mail mangled like garbage—and nobody cares. Not one ounce of accountability. It’s clear this place couldn’t care less about the people they serve. Lazy carriers, zero follow‑through, and management that might as well not exist. I’m done giving them the benefit of the doubt. If you want your mail safe, good luck—this post office will destroy it and then ignore you when you complain.

I work from home where I can see the mailbox in plain view. I watched twice in one week the carrier fail to attempt to deliver my package; they didn't get out of their truck at all to come to the porch and gave no reason for the package failing to be delivered on a slip left in my mailbox.

I have never had so many issues with a post office in my life. Yes the employees are nice but I've had to put in a change of address from more then 5 times and they still can't get it right. Both my mother and I share a very similar name both starting with Kat. And last name B. And although I have been in the same house for 4 years and she stayed with me for 3 months. I get all her mail or she'll get mine. Most recently I've had a package mis delivered and you can't call directly to this post office to find out anything it all goes to an 800 #. To top if off I work for a carrier service and I can't track it. Just states "Given to an individual." Well that's just great but it wasn't me or my neighbors so where's my stuff. Get it together please this is ridiculous.
