  The lady there was very efficient helpful got my big box all taped up put the proper labels on it took the labels it didn't belong off she was great this was a big heat lamp I had to return to the Acupuncture Center in California was very bulky and difficult to deal with she made everything easy she's fabulous I didn't get her name

  Waiting in line is a so common place at this store! Customer service is nice, but it's ridiculous to wait as long as you have to wait and then have them tell you the wrong information. It says "labeless return"! See picture. The box that the item came in is the exact box that I brought in to return. No difference, It maybe needed one piece of tape... geez
