Huge shoutout to the print shop at Staples!!!
They did a phenomenal job printing my son's graduation invitations. They were kind and very accommodating. I can't begin to thank them enough!

Just take your Amazon returns to UPS! Staples employees do not get paid to do that. That's why you have to stand there waiting because they have real customers...save them and yourself time. People please stop being jerks to the employees about it. They have to do as they are told. Love that Party City is back! Please be kind...

I needed ten quick postcards printed for unconnected family members for reunion save-the-date notices. In the past, many places like the office supply and other shipping stores offered a service to use their computer terminals and printers, and for a fair price consumers could complete projects that may not be possible at home. I went into the Rome GA Staples in an attempt to do just that, thinking that of all the places I could go, Staples would be that place. However, I found that customer offerings and customer service was unfortunately lacking. The first Staples employee I approached wasn't sure about performing simple print and copy services like I described used to be available, so he asked me to approach his colleague who was talking on a cell phone at the time. We waited patiently for about a minute until the second employee kept the phone to his ear and then alternated between conversations with me. He confirmed that my only option was to pay for their set 25 minimum order, $50.00 cost option. No other option was available for printing on card stock, for example. As I immediately left the store because I wasn't going to be forced to pay for more than I needed, I was struck by the disinterest shown by the employees in satisfying a customer's needs. I went to Wal-Mart and got some Avery post card blanks to run through my own color printer. Staples lost this business and frankly, all of my business in the future. I'll take it elsewhere if needed.
