    Just terrible. Whenever my dad tries to send me mail they always fudge it up. I’m starting to suspect that they all need to be fired, and replaced with people that are competent.

    Horrible customer service especially if you call. They can load boxes on the truck but cannot carry them and deliver them, but they can leave notices on your door or mailbox that they couldn’t deliver the box. No other delivery company or service has these problems. Not even Amazon has an explanation for it. UPS, FedEx they all make deliveries. I’m home and find no delivery but I see a we could not deliver notice and no they are not over sized or require a signature. Rome Georgia in Floyd county has a terrible postal system and whoever is in charge needs to find something else to do in life that’s up to their mental pay grade.

    The mail woman took a package that was not meant to be taken. The flag was down. I hadn't had the chance to get it out the mailbox before she ran. I called and the guy that answered said he would have her bring it back and I haven't seen her or heard back from the post office. Horrible experience on both ends

    Is the holidays and my package was sent to a carrier that is no longer in service while trying to figure out where my package was because the website told me to check my local carrier I went to the Postal Service they did not want to help and they talk to me with frustration because I’m trying to find out where my package went. Their customer service is horrible!
