The staff is always very nice and helpful. They are usually busy, everyday! The staff remains polite and professional with all the questions presented by customers. Any bad reviews must come from people having a bad day themselves! Great staff!

Addison has the worst phone service/customer service skills I’ve ever heard or seen in my life. She needs to find a new job bc I’m sure she is costing this office lots of $$ bc she cost them mine!! I’ll order my stuff again from the company & take the loss of not getting my package b4 I would pay for any service she offered which she didn’t offer bc she isn’t doing her job. An Intercept would’ve been fine & I would have paid the $28 if someone with any job related skills had tried to sell it to me. I mean it takes 1 main skill in customer service n that’s honestly just a smile & she couldn’t even squeeze that out. Awful

I am currently waiting for one to be delivered even though tracking claims “held at facility at request of a customer”. It irritates me to no end since I did not ever request this. When checking at the office, I am told it was a mistake by a new machine. I call no way on this.
