  I want to recognize an outstanding UPS employee KENSLEE who went above and beyond while helping my sister and me get some important papers notarized. My sister is currently going through chemotherapy and during our visit Without hesitation, he noticed her discomfort, found a stool for her to sit on, and made sure she was as comfortable as possible while we completed our paperwork. His kindness didn't stop there, He spoke to us with genuine compassion, treated my sister with dignity and patience, and sincerely wished her well before we left. In a moment that was already stressful and emotional for us, his empathy and caring heart made a lasting impact. Customer service like this is rare and truly appreciated.   The staff at the Central Plaza UPS Store is first-rate- always happy to help and always with a smile! Misty (Manager) runs the business like a well-oiled machine! Highly recommend waiting in their line- the customer service is worth the wait!!
