She told me about a promotion where I was able to get 1,000 cards for the price of 500, which was a huge bonus. She was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The matte finish on the cards came out beautiful and professional. I really appreciate her taking the time to make sure I got the best deal and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

UPS will not give a refund, Because it was Staples fault, Staples will not give a refund because UPS will not give a refund. Over one hundred dollars for a package to be delivered when it should and it wasn’t never going back. Your response does nothing for me since no one is owning to their responsibility to give me a refund because your service did not hold up to your guarantee of being these by 1030, in another words your response sounds like Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah!!!!

The manager was a great help when I was trying to decide on iPads…..even when I told him I was buying them elsewhere…….he still took the time to show me the difference. So, that won me over. But, printing and copying can be such a hassle. If you don’t do this often……it can become so time consuming. Lamar makes it easy on everyone. My neighborhood talks about how helpful he is…….we all appreciate his thoughtful assistance.
