- JFjenni fletcherApr 20, 20251.0I started this review with one star only because I could not give it zero stars… I just received a notification from Amazon that USPS attempted a delivery at my home but encountered “difficulties.” Why do you lie to us? Your customers know what your “difficulty” is, You’ve got a lazy weekend carrier that just doesn’t feel like making that delivery. I live on a dead-end road with only 6 other houses. The sun is shining, has been all day. We received a shipment this morning, no difficulties. But this afternoon, there were “difficulties.” This happens on the weekend on a fairly regular basis. If the weather were bad, I might be a little more sympathetic. But that is NOT the case today. And there have been categorically no USPS vehicles down my road all afternoon. I think I’d be asking the weekend mail handler what else he has to do that is so important that he can’t do his job delivering the mail.

- CPChris PattersonJan 11, 20211.0If I could leave less than a 1-star review I would. Today, the lobby was full at around 3:45 pm and we waited for over 10 minutes while the counter was unstaffed. We rang the service bell on the desk, called the branch phone number and yelled out for help, with no answer. Finally, when the gentleman who works there did arrive (minutes after one customer had given up waiting and left with her un-mailed package) he seemed nonchalant and somewhat demeaning with the way he spoke to those of us who were in the lobby. I asked for the name of the postmaster and was told "She's not here." USPS please take action. With so many out of work, it's absolutely unacceptable for you to continue to employ someone who abandons their post and treats customers with disregard.
