I watched the young brother that was working the counter leave the customer in front me unnecessarily waiting. It was an old woman. She turned to me and said I don't know why he's taking so long. But when I saw him, and watched his overall attitude when he finally dealt with the customer, I knew that this guy should not be in any form of customer service. When he'd finished with her he just stood looking at her until she finally said, "don't I get a receipt or some?" He snatched off the receipt and handed to her dismissively. He wasn't much different with me. So I ask to speak with a manager. He simply said, "Not here?" ..with the same dismissive voice filled with attitude. So I asked his name, and he simply said, Q.. and I asked, was that his real name... and He said, "that's the name I gave you."... Needless to say I won't ever be going to that UPS Store again.
