- ARAngelia RaglandSep 5, 20241.0I am a customer of Costco who associates with Crystal Springs/Primo Water on last Friday 9/24 I put four empty five gallon containers on my front porch as I have always done for the last eight to nine years the driver left one five gallon container. When I called the company the representative told me they would deliver the other three bottles on the following Friday. Then on Tuesday of this week the company charged my card twenty three dollars and thirty eight cents. and told me that how much one five gallon of water cost. I canceled my account and I will call Costco.
