- ALAva latresheeMar 2, 20241.0This is the WORST Post Office ever....you never know who is delivering it's a different person like every other week. They don't even look professional they are in street clothes. They cram your packages in the mailbox so they don't have to come to the front door. COME TO THE PORCH PUT PACKAGES ON PORCH NOT THE MAILBOX OR THE GROUND BY THE MAILBOX. The person that does Cloverdale Rd is terrible....we have to go to each other houses to get our mail. They are not paying attention to detail. Its like the person is high on mushrooms.....all the numbers look the same I guess. I don't even receive mail at my address anymore. I use my daughters address in Chattanooga. Another one of my neighbors starting sending all of her mail to a P O Box Address. The service is ridiculous and you can't call the postmaster cause the mailbox is full.....I tried.

These reviews are useless as they just told me that nothing is handled unless you call to speak with the Trenton manager. Even the USPS site is useless to report missing mail...its a 3rd party according to them. So if you have complaints ..CALL TRENTON..lets get this fixed! Edit- absolutely Nothing has changed! Except the fact that in the last year we've also received multiple packages that appear to have been tossed in the floor, stomped, and coffee dumped on or near. Previously (2021): Sitting here looking at my granddaughters St.Pattys Day card that should have been Delivered today..but never left the mailbox. Same with many bills that are not being picked up OR arrive on time (or ever). We've never had this problem until recently and it is progressively getting worse. If the flag is up and stamp is on that doesn't mean leave it in the rain to ruin until we "find" it.
