- ALAva latresheeMar 2, 20241.0This is the WORST Post Office ever....you never know who is delivering it's a different person like every other week. They don't even look professional they are in street clothes. They cram your packages in the mailbox so they don't have to come to the front door. COME TO THE PORCH PUT PACKAGES ON PORCH NOT THE MAILBOX OR THE GROUND BY THE MAILBOX. The person that does Cloverdale Rd is terrible....we have to go to each other houses to get our mail. They are not paying attention to detail. Its like the person is high on mushrooms.....all the numbers look the same I guess. I don't even receive mail at my address anymore. I use my daughters address in Chattanooga. Another one of my neighbors starting sending all of her mail to a P O Box Address. The service is ridiculous and you can't call the postmaster cause the mailbox is full.....I tried.

- ACAmber CochranSep 30, 20221.0Update March 3024: We’ll I’m out 150. Dollars from an Amazing order that they have no freaking clue where it’s at. My guess it’s the post man’s home. I went 2 weeks ago to complain about a package ye postman marked “Customer request it be pickup.” Which I did not! Went on my only week day off to pick it up, to find it it’s not there, that he marked it like that because he couldn’t find it in his truck supposedly. The guy that runs he office itself dug and found out that he marked it that way because he panicked and didn’t know what else to do. The post guy confirmed he did scan it in that morning to go out for delivery and it’s not in the building. Took our names, address and number and was suppost to have the big boss review cameras and call us. No calls yet. Until the tarts is changed Amazon won’t allow me to have replacements. I have had nothing but back to back trouble with the postal service in Dade County since I moved here in 2014. Absolutely the worst customer service in both Trenton and Rising Fawn. I’m about sick and tired of my post person marking packages delivered and they are in fact not deliver or deliver to the wrong address. . If they are delivered it’s definitely not to the correct location.
