- CHChelsea Hafeez3 days ago1.0I BOUGHT A PACKAGE BIN… USE IT! I’m so sick and tired of oversized packages being SHOVED into the mailbox to the point it’s a full on STRUGGLE to remove them! It took both myself and my husband to get it to come out of the mailbox. Not just that it crushed ALL the regular mail into a crumbled up mess! I wrote a note and placed it in the mailbox telling the carrier (since the carrier changes so often) to please put packages in the package bin at the top of the driveway and it’s all just ignored! I physically have spoken to a few of the different carriers and verbally told them to please use the package bin (certain ones have complied)! However this one person (who I have on video) just keeps on doing their own thing. Please fix this issue so that my mail and packages don’t keep getting damaged!

To our surprise, the woman at the counter told us they had completely run out of international shipping forms. When we asked what we should do, she simply suggested that we drive to another post office. She even admitted that she knew they were running low last week and that only three forms were left — yet no one had bothered to restock or order more. When we asked if she could call to check whether they had the forms available, she flatly refused, saying she wouldn’t do that and we need to go and check them ourselves
