Had a snow day (the roads are fine) and my amazon package didn’t get delivered so I went to the post office myself to pick it up and the lazy employee didn’t want to go look for it. You pay these people too much to do nothing.

No mail in two days. It’s 7 pm. Sorriest system and poorly ran. Unfortunately the public is at your mercy

Do not like having to get my mail between 6 and 7 o'clock at night. I know it's the holidays, but this is unacceptable.

I BOUGHT A PACKAGE BIN… USE IT!
I’m so sick and tired of oversized packages being SHOVED into the mailbox to the point it’s a full on STRUGGLE to remove them! It took both myself and my husband to get it to come out of the mailbox. Not just that it crushed ALL the regular mail into a crumbled up mess! I wrote a note and placed it in the mailbox telling the carrier (since the carrier changes so often) to please put packages in the package bin at the top of the driveway and it’s all just ignored! I physically have spoken to a few of the different carriers and verbally told them to please use the package bin (certain ones have complied)! However this one person (who I have on video) just keeps on doing their own thing. Please fix this issue so that my mail and packages don’t keep getting damaged!
