  Do not get your notary here. I got a will notarized and the total was over $150! We were prepared to pay something for the trouble but $150 is extreme. Each notary stamp cost $10 which is actually against GA state law. GA state law prohibits charging more than $2 per notary. Furthermore, I was not informed of the price until nearly everything had been notarized. I will not be doing business here anymore. FYI, I found out after the fact that most banks notarize free of charge.

  I have been using this UPS store for years and will continue to use this store for years more as not only are they completely professional they treat you like family and always have the best attitude and they do not care how far out of their way they must go to make sure you get the best service possible. While I am blessed to live close to this business, if for some reason I ever have to move-if they are within driving distance, I will drive to them rather than go anywhere else because of their professionalism, down home Southern attitude and the way that every person involved with the Ringgold, Georgia UPS store has the best attitude, personality, and work ethics of ANY business I use in this area. I have never had an issue arise that they could not handle without a smile on their face and go above and beyond what was expected. Raven even came out to my truck to get packages one day when I was sick and that is just one example of how this business is a shining star for the city of Ringgold and surrounding areas. If you need anything UPS Store Ringgold offers, I will just say that if you go anywhere else, you are short changing yourself because I can assure you, you are not getting the best service with the best attitude of any business I know of in the Chattanooga Ringgold area. I would also like to add this because I think it is very important in today's world, I am 62 and this is a group of young adults who are showing the world that not all of the younger generation are lazy and have bad attitudes as they are shining stars for their generation And I compliment every single one of them For being the best they can be and for setting such a good example for other folks in their generation to follow !! God bless you all !!! I am proud to call all of you my friends!!

  This place is amazing! I accidentally took in a competitor’s package. They pointed out my error but offered to tape up my box and gave me a shipping label holder and said they wouldn’t take my package like it was. They they told me where to drop it off. Wow!!!!! I will be using UPS and this store from now on!!! This is customer service at its finest!!!

  Came to ship pkgs on a Sat at 12:55p and store was closed. Not JUST closed but had been closed for at least 10 min. as it was completely shut down. Saw 2 staff walking down the side of the building and when asked why it was closed, they ignored me. Then as they were pulling out while in their car I asked again..."its not 1p yet" and her response..."I don't work here." Returned first thing Monday and as i awaited thecstore to open, she walked up and opened the store and 2 other staff came in behind her. . While in the store, when I mentioned she said she didn't work there she asked "oh were you here Sat?" When I said yes and it wasn't even 1p yet her response was " oh I opened 5 min early so..." Not an acceptable excuse or answer. No apology...Nothing. If this was a one off experience with her then maybe more discussion but it was the last straw. Weve had previous experiences with her and she is simply a liar and rude.
