Went to pick them up as soon as they opened the next morning and was told there was a $5 per package hold fee even though it was leas than 12 hours. Asked where this was written the clerk rudely grabbed the boxes and took them back.

This, is when I made my 2 New Best Friends, Jennifer (Louis), and Raven (Thelma), I ended up being there for over an hour (waiting on my return label), We started joking around, they played along, so very well, had me laughing, other customers were cool about it… In the end… BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Well, in a UPS Store that is 🤣😂😉
