I was dreading coming in because I had 20 some packages to send out. I walked in with my giant box like the Angel of death and Corina handled it all with the grace of a saint. Staff was friendly and welcoming and so very helpful to anyone that came in. They deserve some recognition 💯

The worst customer service at a post office I’ve ever witnessed. My 18 year old daughter went in to have apply for a new passport, as she wants to follow a dream of hers to be a flight attendant. Her appt time was scheduled for 10:45, she arrives at 10:20. The lady at the counter tells her she has to wait until her appt time of 10:45 to be served. She does ask about paperwork even though my daughter only has her birth certificate in hand. At 10:40 she asks my daughter if she has her paperwork already filled out, to which the answer was no. She then gives her the paperwork and tells her she has to have it all filled out by her appt time in FIVE minutes. She calls me to get the paperwork filled out quicker, as I’m on the phone with her the employees are in the background laughing and joking amongst themselves. At 10:45 on the dot she calls my daughter up, she only has two areas to fill out and she’s completed, the post office IS EMPTY, no customers in the building except my daughter. The employee tells her very jovial that she has to reschedule her appt because she isn’t finished with her application. Before my daughter even leaves the counter she completed it, the employee looks at her and tells her she has to step aside and she can go on the website to schedule another appt. I’ve done a very good job at teaching my children to not let other peoples misery affect them. That worker in my opinion is could have helped instead she created a memory that could have affected my daughter negatively. My daughter is a young adult navigating this world, trying to see how to do things on her own and the lesson that I could teach her in that moment is kindness goes a long way. 5 minutes of your kindness could help another human being. Because we All are just that, human beings trying to live life the best we can. People shouldn’t take life so seriously or be so careless with it because no one survives life. So be kind, you never know what anyone is going through.
