The older lady with dreads is the rudest person I have ever dealt with at any post office. Dismissive, belittling and has an attitude.

PLEASE READ!!!
I would put zero starts if I could. First DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION.
The address I was provided for my passport and photo appointment was INCORRECT! This wrong address caused me to be late for my appointment and ultimately I now have to reschedule to another day. I had already took off of work to be here.
The lady in the front showed no sympathy or concern about the wrong address in the email. Now after the fact, I’m glad it happened the way it did because that location will not see my face again.
The CORRECT address is
503 SR-21 S

All I can say is this post office has poorly service. They really are not willing to help you. They’re very impatient and unprofessional. If anything, don’t waste your time.
