The short heavyset woman with short hair who drops off packages is incredibly rude and arrogant. After repeatedly asking and explaining where to drop off packages and pointing out our multiple signs, she has completely ignored everything and has stated she will continue to do what she wants. Last time when she dropped something off and I started to speak to her, again in a very patient and respectful way, she slammed the package down on our custom front desk and said she will do what she wants while walking away. Absolutely horrendous behavior. Tried to get a hold of the main office to see if they will switch to another delivery driver but no one ever answers. Horrible experience every time.

Literally dropped off my package ripped open and wrote "received damaged and empty". Hard to believe it was accepted at each location on the way here as an empty bag. Merry Christmas.

‘Package held at Post Office per Customer request’ which must mean they were too lazy to deliver a time sensitive package. Because I’ve been waiting all day next to my door for this and my complex office is open so there were multiple places it could’ve been delivered yet it was sent back to the post office. I hope the contents are still good when I go to pick it up Monday or someone is gonna pay for a replacement.

I feel like some of the negative reviews left here are not the fault of the post office workers themselves (package pick-ups vs. delivery and route postal workers, etc.) This review is specifically for the front desk workers as I have had multiple interactions with them over the course of the past 10 years and have nothing but good things to say. When people go to the post office (generally speaking), I think there is already a tendency for SOME people to be less than patient. These USPS customer service workers then tend to take on the brunt of the publics lack of patience. I have seen them time and time again explain the same thing over and over with patience and understanding. They can't help be be the bearer of bad news when you used the wrong packaging, or mis-labeled something, or did something against postal code preventing your package from being shipped as fast as you'd like. I have had GREAT interactions with everyone at this post office and wish them and the team nothing but the best!
