After repeatedly asking and explaining where to drop off packages and pointing out our multiple signs, she has completely ignored everything and has stated she will continue to do what she wants. Last time when she dropped something off and I started to speak to her, again in a very patient and respectful way, she slammed the package down on our custom front desk and said she will do what she wants while walking away. Absolutely horrendous behavior. Tried to get a hold of the main office to see if they will switch to another delivery driver but no one ever answers. Horrible experience every time.
