- TAT ADec 17, 20255.0I love going here, they always get my packages on time, sometime early! I also get all my printing and banners done here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Ricky, who helped me last time with my 12 packages that needed to be shipped.

(I now realize his question was a red flag because he should have given the receipt and not asked if I wanted one). Fourteen days later I checked the return update and it stated that UPS is still awaiting the package. I want to this location and they told me there is nothing they can do. I ask them to check their security camera on 12/1 from 2:30 - 3:00 pm. They said they cannot do that, and I have to contact their cooperate office which is crazy. Just be careful using this location and always take your receipt. As for me, I will never use this location again.

I got a call from the sorting office several days later to say they cannot deliver the card because the address does not exist. I went back to this UPS store in Richmond Hill to ask for a refund. They said it was my fault - they were going to do nothing about it. They said I had been asked to verify the address. (They don't know that because the folks currently in the office are different from the folks who processed the package.) But I am confident I was not asked to verify the address. The person I spoke to was unsympathetic and unhelpful.
