The clerk is very friendly and welcoming. The post master is rude and acts like you are disturbing her day. Each time I've encountered her she has been unprofessional. I honestly thinks she hates her job. She should change her attitude or career.

Charles has the worst customer service. Went in to send some letters certified for my office. He asked me if the letters were in order and I said oh I didn’t look he told me what my job was and what his job was as if I worked for the post office. It’s not my fault that every other person who has helped me in the pass with the same process has just done what I’m guessing is my job. I actually went to another post office after this and the young lady just verified it herself so I assume she was going above and beyond. He then pointed out that I was on the phone and pointed to a sign and said he couldn’t concentrate. I wasn’t having a full blown conversation my fiancé heard how he was speaking to me and asked me if I was ok and where I was. I stepped to the side so he could finish in silence I was telling my fiancé that I was ok. He put he out of the post office and tried to keep a letter. I went back to get it and he said that it was mailed and he paid for it while laughing. I asked him for it again and he pulls it out of what I believe is the trash. Update: got a call from a miss calloway after business hours so I could not call her back. She wanted to assure me that he did not throw it in the trash . Which is fine but if she had read my statement I said I believe it was. I was unsure. Never said he did. But WHY KEEP THE LETTER IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THINK ITS FUNNY WHEN I COME GET IT. I appreciate the call that I can’t return because you did so after you all closed so I’m not sure why you asked me to call you back. At the end of the day he still rude. If you read through all these reviews he has multiple 1 stars from years ago til now. So I know nothing will be done. I just know not to go there in the future.

Charles is such an impolite person. He makes you think he owns you and he’s doing you a favor by charging you. He doesn’t like looking at you. He talks in extremely short sentences designed to make you think otherwise. I already dislike going there but when I’ve to look at Charles I want to leave immediately. Go down the road to the bigger USPS; it’ll be worth your while.

William is extremely rude. I came in and asked a few questions about a future shipment. Then as soon as a gentlemen came up, he instantly started smiling and laughing with him. HORRIBLE customer service.
