For the past two years I have been shipping off at this Red Oak location and it’s been nothing but great experiences. The lines move quick and the customer service is good. I normally visit after 1pm. The postal worker at the window is always helpful.

Ya’ll are horrible people and I hope whoever took the card you go to the store and be ready to pay and you can’t and look like a fool 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was told that it would take 2days to arrive... that was literally a WEEK ago! Why was the letter sent to North Metro Ga; THEN to Knoxville, Tennessee; THEN to Pigeon Force, Tennessee; THEN BACK to North Metro Ga ??? Incompetence at it's finest.
