- DMDarlene MossMay 25, 20232.0The woman who was working at the counter was a little rude and condescending. The lady that delivers our mail is super sweet and a pleasure to talk to. You can't call the post office here. The only number listed is a 800 number and is the main number for the federal office. No local numbers. There is a problem with the emails they send out. You sometimes won't get the package on the date the email said. All week I was emailed that a package would be delivered on Thursday, May 25. Well, it Thursday and still no package and no notice to pick it up at the post office. Unreliable at the very least.

If you call and say you want to talk to a person, it just loops you back to the main menu endlessly and you never ever get to talk to anybody. These people forget they work for the taxpayers. They should all be fired.
