Our packages are constantly being sent to other post offices in different cities and states even though it was at our local post office for delivery to begin with. I'm confused as to how it's necessary to our packages to other post offices when it had been sent to our post office to start with. We had put a hold on our mail this week and when we went to the post office to pick our mail and packages up we were told the carrier had them out for delivery. After being gone for a week, when the mail carrier did show up we didn't get our packages and no mail. Now the post office doesn't answer the phone. Our packages and mail have just disappeared.
