  The team at this UPS store are always extremely efficient patient and friendly. Especially I think who the manager is I believe her name is Carol. I know if her name starts with a C she is always so gracious and kind I would not go to any other UPS store. Even if I have to drive out the way!

  The employees at this store are absolutely excellent. They are friendly, helpful, and move quickly to get you on your way. I never mind having to drop something off here because they are unusually delightful.

  I came to make a copy of my son’s seven page story, handwritten in pencil, and on the front and back of each page. Marley and Luke worked diligently for ten minutes to give me clear and legible results. The total after rounding-up for charity was $2.00. That’s customer service!

  Been going to store at 5200 Dallas Hwy, Powder Springs, GA for over 25 years. Was there there to return several packages about a month ago. There were complications with receiving company that took about 10 min of extra effort. The staff was so kind and professional. All smiles and a friendly even when I was in a small panic because of unusual return problem. After it was over I realized I had just received the finest of service and attention. I can still remember those smiles.😀😃😀😃
