For months now, my packages have been left in the middle of my driveway because the guy who drives the truck is too lazy to walk up our steps or into the garage to leave them at the door. How is this acceptable? I've made 2 complaints now and absolutely nothing has changed. There are so many reasons why leaving the packages dead in the center of the driveway is so aggravating. I'm so thankful that none of my packages have been damaged or stolen yet but I am truly at the end of my rope with this place.

It's not rare to receive a neighbor's mail mixed in with mine, but not all of their's, but none of mine. The Powder Springs Post Office will not answer either phone line so I can notify them of the issue and to find out if I had mail that was delivered to someone.
