I am very disappointed in my recent visit with the Macland Powder Springs UPS Store. For almost a year, the store has shipped a monthly package for me. Previous deliveries I was able to track the delivery online. The last delivery the UPS tracking site states the store did not receive the item to ship.
I will return to using USPS for mail and shipping needs. FEDEX will be a new shipping provider as well.

I stopped to ship 12 packages to many different places. Jessica was very helpful and patient with me throughout the process. She ask the right questions more than once and saved me a shipping mishap. Easily the best UPS store in the area.

I went to this UPS STORE ON 10/23/25. WITH RETURNS TO SHIEN. I RETURNED A WIG THAT WAS STOLEN AND REPLACED WITH BLEACH BLOND WIG. THE WIG I WAS RETURNING WAS RED. ONE OF THIER EMPLOYEES STOLED THE WIG. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THE WIG, BUT I COULD NOT GET MY MONEY. I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE ASSIST. MANAGER TO HAVE THE OWNER CALL ME ON NOV. 3; 2025. I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THE OWNER. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS UPS. YOUR RETURNS MAY BE STOLEN. I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA, UPS CORPORATE OFFICE, AND SECETARY OF STATE REGARDING THIS MATTER.

Ray & Jessica were so very helpful and gracious when I called their store! I needed to have a small soup tureen I’d purchased in their area wrapped, packaged and shipped to me! They did a great job, calling me when the seller of the tureen ran by the UPS store to drop this item off for shipping! The item arrived at my front door in perfect shape, well-packaged and well-wrapped! Thank you, Jessica for hiring excellent people to assist your customers! Thank you, Ray, for taking my call, listening, repeating what I needed, and confirming your store could ‘handle’ this for me!!!

Every since Jessica has taken over here the service has been top tier. Josh is always so very helpful and Indya always greets me with a smile. Happy to see the 180 degree change from previous issues I have always had at this location..
