  Since this Google review is the only recourse I have for the horrible service that both this individual UPS store and UPS corporate have provided I will start here. Do not I repeat do not trust this store or UPS for the next day or overnight delivery I hope this helps someone in the future and They don’t end up like I did I overnighted some very important documents that had to be delivered at a very specific time I paid over $100 for this service with a guarantee that I would be there in time Long story short this did not happen and documents Are now expected to show up 24 hours late. And they still do not know where my package is After going through corporate phone nonsense, and talking to overseas operators, I got zero Help. They said to call the store when I called the store they said to call Customer service is dead Everyone was very unhelpful and had zero answers. Hopefully my important documents turn up. Do not trust anything of any real value or importance to UPS. Hopefully this helps someone thank you.

  Paid 87.00 to have a envelope overnighted to Blackshear Ga. on Friday March 13th. Saturday the 14th at 6:30pm noticed it hadn't been delivered yet. Call UPS and argued with the customer service bot for 10 minutes before it finally connected me to a call center in India where I was connected to a person with questionable English speaking skills who couldn't help me find the location of my package or connect me to someone who speaks English. Called the Pooler UPS store Monday and asked where my package was. They didn't know but said they'd work on it. Finally delivered Tuesday at noon. Called the Pooler store Wednesday and asked for a refund. They informed me it's up to the store owner. Got an email Thursday saying instead of the owner crediting the money back to my card like I asked he was going to send it to UPS corporate and if everything worked properly I may have a check mailed to me in 7 to 10 business days. Thanks for the horrible experience Mr. Owner!!!!!

  This was a warm and great experience for customer service that I wanted somebody to get recognized. I did not catch the lady's name but she's a very good employee for y'all
