Even with two days until Christmas I came to drop off a package and had 4 people in front of me and still was in and out in under 5 minutes!! Incredible! Hardworking people here! Highly recommended! I was trying to make a copy of my documents, and she kept yelling that if something got messed up, I would be responsible for paying for it. That was fine with me, but her tone was completely unnecessary. Another clerk kindly asked if I wanted to scan my documents, and I said yes. While I was making copies, the paper changed size, so I asked him for help. He was very polite and showed me which button to press to keep it at regular size. However, Nikki continued yelling across the room even though she already had another customer in front of her. She repeatedly said, “You don’t know how to use the printer.” I didn’t respond the first or second time, but the third time I got upset. I told her, “I’m not an idiot.” She then tried to say she didn’t mean it that way—but she did say I didn’t know how to use the printer. Even if a customer doesn’t know how to use the printer, the right thing to do is to walk over and help them, not yell across the room and speak to them disrespectfully. The other clerk had no problem assisting me kindly, so her behavior really stood out. I suggest you check the store camera for today 12/9/2025 between 5:45 to 6pm

The 4th came and they could not find my package , the 5th came it still has not been delivered and I had paid $400 for a service that needed that package and all they could say is the store and ups is two different business and hang up so now I’m at a loss.
