I called that day at 11:30 because by checking the the tracking (at the time I was supposed to receive it) it would only say LABEL CREATED. I called the store, they did not do ANYTHING to help me. They keep saying call the corporate wich I did, only for them to lie to me. The guy told me you will receive your package by the ent of the day on Saturday so I waited until the end of the day and nothing. I tried to call and they were closed. I needed my package with my document on it on the day I PAID to get it (I was in mount vernon NY) Now, monday december 1st im already in GA again and my aunt called to say she received the package. So WHY in the world they charged me extra money and lie about the time I was going to receive my package. I do not understand. I already called 3 times today just for them playing ping pong with my call and send me to talk with the same robot every time and NOT HELP AT ALL. I am tired of it I need a refound and nobody could help me. This is the first and last time in my life im using this useless carrier. If you have an emergency do not use this at all. All the personal is useless and nobody is able to help you. They just wash their hands by telling call the corporate and the corporate is even more useless. I lost time, money and patience. I would not recommend this to anyone. I wish I could put 0 stars but I have to put one. Their service is the worse.
