- DFDenise FosterOct 21, 20251.0I recently had gotten a PO Box. I had a package delivered there on the 10th Of October. I went in a few days later to get it. It was not in my PO Box. I waited a long line and she said we need your tracking number. I didn’t have it so I had to go back a few days later. I went back a few days later. Another woman was in front of me and I was standing there for 20 minutes. The woman in front of me got a notice that a package was delivered for her the day before. It wasn’t in her PO Box. She went back later on that evening and it still wasn’t there. She was told at the counter that she has to file a claim. Then it was my turn. I provided the tracking number. And she said oh it should’ve been in your PO Box. You have to file the claim. That’s two in a row that they can’t find the package. I don’t understand why there’s six people in line and we’re waiting 20 minutes for two people, and they can’t find either of our packages.
