  Why do business here? Because it’s an UPS Store with good customer service. I really appreciate everything about this store, all the way down to the receipt. Reliable service… that’s hard to find nowadays. And it was a better overall experience on Thurs., 04/09/2026 because the clerk had a very good personality. C.J. Rogers #WatchForMotorcycles

  I never take time to send reviews online, rather i let the employees know how grateful i am for their service. However this time i am taking the time to write about the two amazing employees at the service store on 1506 Sam Nunn Blvd, Perry. These ladies are some of the greatest and nicest people i have meet and they reserve recognition not only directly to them but their corporate management. They are friendly, they go above and beyong the their responsabilities or even perhaps what their expectations. These ladies could have asked to come back but instead they said yes, we will do the printing just give is a but of time as they attend the rest of customers coming in the store. Apareciste these ladies as the company greatest assets and they should be recognize amongst their peers.

  The staff at this store goe above and beyond to help folks. I had something that needed to be and one box office office store visited in sc was not interested in helping with a paper lamination project for a set of 23. This store went above and beyond to help me out before I left the area so i get the memorial projects sent off to friends. This store also has printing and copy equipment that would put a lot of box office stores to shame that have a larger space to work with.

  Today, I experienced a remarkable display of kindness and dedication when I visited the Perry UPS store to return several items due to unforeseen circumstances. My items were boxed up but not with the matching labels. I was warmly greeted by three radiant faces who sprang into action to assist me. Their compassion and understanding were palpable, and I felt grateful for their extra support during a particularly challenging time for me, personally. Their kindness was so genuine that I felt an instant connection, like I'd made new friends. As I was being helped, more customers arrived, and these lovely associates welcomed them with beaming smiles. The entire team exuded a sweet, uplifting spirit. I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks to PAIGE, NYSIAN, and KIMBRELLA's kindness and expertise, I left the store feeling relieved and grateful.
